Colour Service Policy • All new clients, and existing clients who have not had a colour service within the last 6 months, must have a skin test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. • A 50% late cancellation fee will be charged for colour appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for missed appointments. • Outstanding fees must be paid before any new booking can be made.
